「魔奇樂器」是2009年德國「魯多許塔」民謠音樂節的特別企劃,邀請六位魯特琴家族的音樂家們共同創作:Adel Salameh (烏德琴/巴勒斯坦), 鍾玉鳳 (琵琶/台灣), Daniel Fredriksson (曼陀拉/瑞典), Dimitris Varelopoulos (魯特琴/希臘), Géza Fábri (科不思/匈牙利),Katsia Prakopchyk(曼陀鈴/白俄羅斯) , 他們在樂器的異同中競逐,展現魯特琴在不同文化脈絡的魅力,除了音樂節開幕首演外,2010年更延伸至歐洲城市巡迴,受到許多歡迎。

“Magic Lute” was a special project that debuted in 2009 at the Tanz & Folk Festival in Rudolstadt, Germany, bringing together six musicians from six different countries. Each performer represented a tradition on their respective stringed instruments, with a roster that included Adel Salameh (Oud/Palestine), Yufeng (Pipa/Taiwan),Daniel Fredriksson (Mandola/Sweden), Dimitris Varelopoulos (Louto/Greece), Géza Fábri (Koboz/Hungary) and Katsia Prakopchyk (Mandolin/Belarus). This unique summit captured the sonorous beauty of these “magic lutes” for a welcoming audience, and the project was extended in 2010 for a further well-received European tour.

「城市邊界」是紀錄片「邊界移動兩百年」的概念專輯,以聲景、原創音樂呈現印度華人的歷史脈絡,紀錄華人在各種邊界移動的情境,它不僅是一張電影原聲專輯,也是獨立於影像之外的「聲音故事」。音樂參與者包括琵琶作曲家鍾玉鳳、德國手風琴創作者Wolfgang Obrecht、藍調歌手David Chen、日本吉他手大竹研以及歌手萬芳、雲力思等;此計畫曾隨著紀錄片受邀至加爾各答、上海、廣州、深圳等城市巡迴演出。

“City Borders” was a concept album and soundtrack for the documentary film “From Border to Border,” which told the story of Chinese immigrants in Kolkata, India. The album was conceived as a companion piece to the film, which focused on the descendants of Chinese migrants who moved to Kolkata during the 18th and 19th centuries, but whose numbers in the city today are decreasing.  Yufeng composed a number of pieces for the album, working with a cast of friends and musicians, including German accordionist/composer Wolfgang Obrecht, singer/guitarist David Chen, guitarist Ken Ohtake and Taiwanese singer Wan Fang.

A project led by German musician and accordionist Wolfgang Obrecht in 2015. Yufeng joined Indian violinist Harpreet Bansal, Iranian percussionist Behnam Samani, and Norwegian cellist Tove Erikstad for this lively cross-cultural collaboration. Recorded at the Baroque-era Nymphenburg Palace in Munich.
